The Green Tracks pilot project was commissioned by the Maryland transit authority and developed by a multi-disciplinary project team. The purpose was to determine the feasibility of installing and maintaining a vegetated track system on a commuter light rail in Maryland.
The Market Square project focused on a two-building complex in historic downtown San Francisco, California. It involved historic renovation, adaptive use of a historic building, and renovation/integration of a smaller, more contemporary building. The project is located on a one-block site in the Mid-Market area of downtown San Francisco, an emerging location for tech tenants and new multifamily development.
The Texas SmartScape program educates citizens on the ecological, economic and aesthetic benefits of using landscaping plants, shrubs, grasses and trees that are native or adapted to our regional climate and local conditions. The program also promotes education on pollution prevention through efficient and effective water use for citizens' benefit.
