This webinar provided information on data centers and their electricity consumption, the different energy technologies used by data centes, and the potential impact on Texas' electric grid. Additionally, updates on State policy efforts and how local governmetn can share information on data centers with their residents were also discussed. Time was allocated for a Q&A after each featured speaker presentation to allow attendess to participate in the discussion. This event lasted for an hour and a half and was marketed sto state and local governments, economic development districts, and other intersted stakeholders.
