Purpose: 
The Texas Living Waters Conservation Scorecard highlights which Texas water utilities are doing well in their effort to advances water conservation and which regions need more conservation effort.
Description: 
The Texas Living Waters Project reviewed over 300 water utilities in Texas to assess their efforts to save water. The scorecard only evaluates ongoing conservation measures, not temporary responses to drought conditions. The data was pulled from publicly-accessible information, including water conservation plans and reports, water loss audits, utility websites and other sources.
