Purpose:
For landowners, managers, tribes, corporations, schools and nonprofits interested in improving wildlife habitat on their land.
Description:
The Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program supports citizens who want to improve conservation of their land. Biologists consult with landowners to improve practices. Due to 70% of US land being privately owned, the Partners program designs projects to help eliminate harmful practices that might otherwise be unknown to the general public. All private landowners interested in restoring wildlife habitat on their land are eligible to participate.
