This resource, developed by EPA through engagement with local and tribal communities, features a step-by-step guide to developing and implementing energy-related projects. The 120-page guide is geared toward local communities and tribal groups but may also be beneficial for groups of larger geographic scopes.
The guide covers six project phases:
1) Engage and Communicate
2) Develop a Greenhouse Gas Inventory
3) Set Goals and Select Actions
4) Obtain Resources
5) Take Action
6) Track and Report
At the end of each chapter, there are extensive lists with case studies, tools, templates, and additional reading to provide even greater assistance to the user.
