Texas Department of Agriculture- Sample OSSF Guildelines

The Community Development Block Grant provides assistance to rural Texas communities to improve their housing and economic viability. This document provides guidance to community recipients of the grant by providing sample instructions on the application and approval process for the OSSF Assistance Program. The primary objective of the OSSF Assistance Program is to provide adequate, safe, and sanitary sewer services for low-to- moderate income residents through the installation of approved residential OSSFs for single family, owner-occupied dwellings in compliance with rules of the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
