CELC Roundtable - The Intersection of Building Codes on Renewable Energy

The South-central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource (SPEER) and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) hosted this joint roundtable. The City Efficiency Leadership Council (CELC) is a collaborative of cities, school districts, and other public entities across the state, engaged in sharing opportunities for partnership and resource exchange to expand the adoption of energy management best practices.
